Orange Vinaigrette
30 minutes or less. prepare ahead
The orange flavor adds zip to field greens or a medley of fruit
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, vinegar, and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes about 1 cup. Serving size: 2 tablespoons
