The fast fat?
Most nutritionists say we
eat too many omega-6
fats. However, there may be a short-term benefi t to
snacking on the sixes: Researchers in Austria found
that mice fed diets high in omega-6-rich sunfl ower
oil for 2 weeks ran faster than when they ate
omega-3-rich linseed oil. One theory: Omega-6 fats
may help reduce muscle relaxation time, allowing
for faster bursts of
