Speaking of garlic bread, so easy to make. paniti nang garlic. In a foil, dump in the garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper adn drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a 350 degrees for say, 45 to an hour or until mushy and soft. Let cool. In a food processor, put all the contents in the foil, add a stick or so of butter and pulse just enough to get mixed and mashed up all together. You can add either parsley or just nothing. Form in a log, cut a slice when ready to make garlic bread - just spread in a toasted french bread. Or, for a healthier one, toast a bread drizzle olive oil and rub a fresh garlic unto the crusty bread. hmmm, my choice? the first one. yumyum!
