ako jud ni gihalungkat kay mag pa tuldo ko nimo ani..

aber unsay imong gihidhid ani?

simple ra kana kaayo da bins... ang imo timpla seasoning salt ra gyud maoy imong iligo sa tibuok karne. marinate it for 15 to 30 minutes usa nimo isulod sa oven @ least 350 dgrees to 400 depende sa imong oven unsa ka init.

Imong i tusok sa kutsilyo kilid2x sa meat dayon suksukan adtong cloves and/or garlic.  I do rub the meat with clarified butter or just olive oil before budburan ug seasoning: salt and pepper.  Bake as per instruction of our TB Chef.  Make sa mushroom gravy to go with it.  Lami kaayo!

Sa una, di man pud ko pero ni try jud ko without thinking the color of the blood. Mosamot pa gani kalain kay sagulan sa bernaise sauce na murag yellow. Ang labas mura na ug nana...hahaha pero believe me...It taste like heaven. ;D ;D

I like all my meat medium rare except ONLY the chicken...

hmmmm i love the smell of the blood specially sa beef!

there are some differences in digestion between raw and well cooked meat,

our tinai is having a hard time to digest sa well done until nga ma mura na sha ug rubber sa tiyan.

that is a fact.
