Beth, unsa man imong lutuon ugma?

Sorry Ger, karon pa ko nakabalik dinhi. Akong naluto was,
gi bake nako ang tilapia fillets unya nag gisa pod ko ug mixed vegetables.
Then the next day, ang Shrimp napod akong gihimong Shrimp Scampi with Penne pasta. Then gahapon Easter Sunday nag family gathering me so wala  nako makaluto :)
Unya ang ubang seafood nga nahabilin like scallops and clams, ako napod tong isagol sa Spaghetti in a Marinara sauce later.

This is a holy week treat. :D



shrimp, squid, crab meat, green shells meat and octupos. 
added with broccoli. timplahan ug fish sauce, a bit of salt and pepper.



Voila!!!



Ang ahong baba karon dili matak-om.  Ang ahong ulo dili pwede ilingi.  Ang ahong mga mata nagsige lang og lutok sa screen.  Ug ang sawg nahumod na sa nagtulo nahong laway. :(

In Italian cuisine, big NO NO unta ang seafood ug cheese but karon kay "americanized" na so ila na kanang gi defy.

dili mac.. crustaceans used to be my favorite. but when i was in grade 6, one day, i ate a crab, then my stomach rumbled, and my tongue or under my tongue started to excrete a weird bland iquid.. ewan! murag water ra cya but it won't stop  until i drink coke, eat choc, or any food that will remove the crustacean taste from my mouth. maski gani vinegar mac nga g tuslo-an lang ug crab or pasjan.. mu excrete napud na ako mouth.

i miss those days tho..

im not allergic to any food!!haha (lucky me) that's why i eat all esp sagbot (our joke term of utan).. but pwede ang whole fish ayaw lang tinola? mura man gud cla buhi nga nag swim or naglutaw lang..hehe ;)

Maring, lahi ang mahi-mahi ug barilis.  Ang barilis kay mao nay big eye or yellow fin tuna while ang kanang mahi-mahi kay dolphinfish - same family sa pompano.  Both are so good though!

I don't know what a mahi-mahi looks like but barilis is yellow fin tuna.
