Kung walay tono, mayo is a good alternate. In fact I prefer mayo than tono or pure suka or bahal



Sequence:
• Wash tuna with vinegar and rid of the suka
• Butangig mayo ang hinugasag suka
nga tuna
• Panakoti: daghang sili, kamatis, sebuyas ug luy-a... sagolag ayo
• Lettuce para hapin or presentation
• Serve cold : D
