wow! kalami. timing is part of the magic of this dish and the picture shows real timing as to what and when to put them into the cooking vessel, what the cooking temperature was, and how long. (it looks like this has got to be eaten at once or the kamunggay will lose its luster.) it was a master who whipped this dish up.
