Importance of Eating Breakfast
« on: March 21, 2010, 02:57:02 AM »
An impressive 75 percent of Germans eat breakfast daily (compared with just 44 percent of Americans). They're not grabbing Egg McMuffins either; they're sitting down to fruit and whole-grain cereals and breads. Nutritionists have been advising people not to skip breakfast for years, but recent studies give a better picture of its importance. In one, British researchers discovered that if you haven't eaten breakfast, your brain's reward center will light up more vividly when you see a high-calorie food—making you more likely to indulge. Finally: a scientific explanation for that irresistible urge to pull into Dunkin' Donuts.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

this is one of most of us mistakes! we always skip breakfast to save some calorie intake, pagka sajup bitaw. ma triple naman noon sa paniudto kay pwerte nang gutoma. plus serbihan pa jud kag tuna nga kinilaw ug tinowa ni Chico! hahahhah! habhab way limit! (naabut man si chico diri)

I can remember my mother's rule: eat frequent but less food. tuod man akong mama di jud tambok. para nako sad kay tig mata ug alas 10 dritso na paniudto. late lunch or early dinner kay one-day-one-eat raman ko.

morag dili naman uso ang breakfast ron. some of us will go to our daily tasks without even giving importance of having a decent breakfast.

ang uban kontento sa coffee, bread and some eggs, which is good, kay sa wala juy sud ang tiyan.
