Ate Ging, in my personal point of view, the video puts to much negative emphasis, trying to rile up viewers.
Yes they are right about bacteria being present in lemons, but that is the case for everything we eat. The water we drink or the softdrinks that we drink in restaurants are also saturated in water-born bacteria, so too are the meats we order in restaurants, the vegetables etc, are filled with minuscule bacterial presence. Our very fingers, really, are filled with bacteria, even after we wash them. And under our nails are fecal bacteria, even if washed, still remnants remain.
Not all bacteria are bad, within our bodies there are intestinal bacteria whose job is to digest food; for example we have lactase bacteria, which will digest lactose-based foods; thus allowing us to eat any dairy-based products. Without these bacteria, we would be unable to consume it. On the contrary, people who are lactose-intolerant suffer due to the lack of lactase enzymes and lactose-eating bacteria. There are also bacteria within our stomachs which inhibit the growth of foreign-based pathogens (bacteria), thus allowing the stomach to remain homeostatic.
In all reality, Ate Ging, the bacteria found in food and water/drinks will be inhibited and destroyed upon entering our salivary tract (which has digestive enzymes in it), and digested in the digestive tract, which produces hydrocholoric acid, that digests food and kills most foreign pathogens, with symbiosis with our internal bacteria.
So long as we remain healthy, Ate Ging, so long as our immune system is not suppressed, the body can fight any bacteria, any virus nature has to offer, to the best of its ability.
