when you drop by cebu city, go to lemon grass restaurant at ayala. they serve this, by the glass or by the pitcher. i go to that restaurant only for this. it's so thirst quenching and satisfying. it beats any cola drink. for that matter, and despite its lack of alcohol, it beats my favorite german riesling. morpa.
btw, a little spoiler: instead of grated ginger, what that restaurant has in the drink is lemon grass, which isn't in the suggested drink recipe.
