Pupil constricts with accomodation but is not reactive to light. It is associated with TERTIARY SYPHILIS (caused by Trepenema Pallidum).
What caused this? Caused by gumma formation; destruction of the dorsal column and dorsal roots , leading to Tabes Dorsalis and nerve impairment.
