That's what I thought so too, Angie!  Sometimes they call that, Mango Supreme!

Here's a good leche flan recipe.  Sure, this is nowhere close to low fat - if anything, this is a truckload of fat!

Leche Flan Recipe

Ingredients
Custard:
•   12 egg yolks
•   1 can condensed milk
•   1 pint Vit D milk
•   1 tablespoon vanilla (lemon essence or peppermit can be substituted)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Pour mixture into a loaf tin lined with caramelized sugar (see below). Cover with aluminum foil. Place tin in a larger baking pan half-filled with water. Place pan in pre-heated oven (375 F) and bake flan for about 1 hour or until it is firm.
Caramel
•   1 cup sugar
•   1 cup water
Directions
Put sugar and water in a saucepan. Caramelize in high heat. Line loaf tin with caramelized sugar. Be sure to line the sides of the pan.

My secret, i use only 11 egg yolks and one whole egg.  I prefer to bake instead of steaming.  I use water bath or in French, they call it Bain Marie.  It simply mean that you put your pan for baking to a much larger pan with water, just enough not to spill the water to what you are baking.  I suggest you put first your leche pan for cooking to the larger pan in the oven then ayha pa dugangan ug warm water kay aron dili lisud.

naa pay lain wala lang koy pictyur!

adobong pork ribs:
boil pork ribs in milk salt solution until the ribs look tender. then, fry the ribs in a separate pan.

in a  separate pan (daghan jud hugason!), saute boat-shaped onions, garlic, and julienned ginger. then add toyo and vinegar, tomato kechup, sugar and loads of ground black pepper. let it simmer. then add the ribs.simmer.

serve over hot thai rice!!! serve with a smile!!!!

Si, I do that too; add instant coffee to my caramel or 1/4 lemon juice  instead of plain water. for the custard, it always help to put a pinch of salt!  I only add one whole egg so it's really soft and creamy.  I haven't tried putting 3 whole eggs.  I only add one whole egg and so far, my leche flan is really soft and creamy.

Ams, grabeh man ko mo kape sa una kay almost espresso na and I don't like cream in it.  Pure super black coffee kay ganahan ko super strong and super sweet.  Mao to nahitabo nko.  Karon, wala na jud hinuon koy coffee.  Tubig ra jud and I drink milk pod ug makadumdum but lactose intolerant man pod ko so Lactaid lang akong ma inom.  But ga wonder ko, if I eat ice cream, dili man ko ma unsa pod! hmmm...
