so what now, shall we count our cals now?

no pressure to some ha?

im just jotting this down para naa gyud mo bantay naho...

today:

i had toast and coffee for breakie...

work out from 3 to 5 only

salad for late lunch, early dinner...

miso soup for midnight not so midnight snacks...

I've been eating salads for lunch pud, although, I must admit I miss my softdrinks, I miss my lunchtime pizza, I especially miss my daily dose of blueberry muffin...

but as they say...no pain, no gain...

Luch;just a slice of mochi wrapped in laver,miso soup,orange

Dinner(not yet),but I will prepare some veggies salad,small amount of rice and fish in miso.

Banat na jod ni,walay atrasay,I followed billy camp hinay-hinay lang kay hadlok ko pamaulan.

Good that you started this thread, Maring!

For brunch for the past two days, I had a bowl of Cream of Wheat.
Snacks:  I had half an apple plus I cheated a bit of a cube of chocolate. hehehehe

Dinner:  a had a seafood soup courtesy of our neighbor whom I have been teaching to be like Bol-anon na maghinatdanay sud-an kon daghan maluto. Giparisan ug nilung-ag na binlod. I also was munching carrots and celery stalks.

Yesterday, I started with cleaning the stationary bike which was as good as exercise kay kapoy jamo.  Then, I carried it infront of my tv.  I did 20 cumulative minutes of biking.  Gradual daw ingon akong bana, di pakalitan. heehehhe Today, I did 30 minutes and some minutes kick boxing.  While doing the bike pala, ga punching in the air pod ko.   I will slowly increase my amount of exercises. 

Yes, Ms. C2, seryos na jud ni!  Sulong mga kapatid jud! hehehehe

Maring, your miso soup looks great!  You did a good job!  Basta, mag shopping ta'g dried seaweeds sa Wholefoods when you get here next week aron kana na atong kanunay kan-on: yummy and healthy!

Aya san, most of my life, I could hardly reach 100 pounds.  Gapa tambok jud ko sa una kay maulaw ko tikling akong legs.  What I did, I eat tons of rice.  Daw beh, ok na unta tong 115 to 120 lbs but ning gain man jud ko more pounds oi!  Sige lang, atong motivation not so much for vanity (isn't it? ;D) but for healthy reason jud pod oi!  Sige lang, we can do it lagi jud!

Ako lang problema kay impatient ko.  I thought na ga agwanta nko'g two days, na I can lose all the extra pounds na.  Ingon akong bana dear, "It doesn't work like that!  No it doesn't!"  Nah hala, sige pa pedal pa daw ko sa akong stationary bike.

part sa akong resolutions for Fecha Dos Crusade is to sleep earlier than 3 in the morning.  For a start, at least before midnight.  Busa, mga kahigalaan, mag log off nko aron mag ready nko for bed.  It's 11 na and I still have to wash dishes na ako lang gi tam ok sa lababo aron magtuman ug TB and ym chat. Until tomorrow.  Salamat sa tanang encouragement nato dinhi!

Mga girls moapil sab si Hilary aning fecha dos nga crusade ha. Unya B kani nga suot atong iuniform inig kita puhon...para maklaro gyod pila ka pounds ang naloss.

Bitaw..morag maglisod ko di mokaon rice kay kabuhion ko kon di makakaon rice pero ok raman basta usa ra ka tasa...sukdon lang..unya kaon permi daghan vegetables and fruits. ako na gihurot kaon mga chocolates gahapon para wa nay makit-an. :-))

Akong bana nagsugod nasab siya..kada tuig na siya magsugod gyod pero di kalahutay mobalik sa iyang gusto kan.on. Basin karon nga duha nami makaya ni niya. he.he..

Magpost ko puhon kon kalugar ug mga lami nga recipe para sa atong crusade. or lets share each others recipe dire para ani.

Unsa tuod ang atong goal nga weight. 40 kilos?:-))

Yummy,yummy ms da binsi.Mine for today is Mochi and apples in the morning.
Lunch,a cup of rice,bopis,spinach,and olong tea.Not yet for the evening and I will take a walk with kiddies later on at the lake.

Naa pa sila,mamalhin na sila inig spring time pa.(march to april).Mga 30 mins. lakwon,enough jod.Tapos kung libuton ang lake it will take 2 1/2 hours.Dili na ko mulibot basin mabotbot ko. ;D.Bitaw mura'g di ko magkalit kalit kay wa na ra ba ko naanad ug lakaw lakaw.Kani laging nitapol na.
