Favorite Recipes

Calling all cooking enthusiasts... please share your favorite recipes..

let me start.

tinuno-an nga dinnuguan

1 liter of pork blood
1 liter of coconut milk
3 pieces siling labuyo
350 grams pork internals
350 grams pork meat minced
a pinch salt
pepper
curry powder
vinegar
patis
1 stalk tanglad
1 onion bulb
chopped garlic
oil

saute garlic and onions
fry pork internals until it becomes a little bit  crispy
fry pork meat and season it with patis
pour pork blood (mixed with vinegar) and bring to cooking
pour coconut milk bring to cooking
add tanglad, chili labuyo
add curry powder
add pepper , add salt if tab ang pa siya.


try this, my father loves this recipe of mine

inon onan/pina isan tilapia

tilapia fish
chopped iba fruits
tomatoes
rosemary
onions
espiso nga tono ( 4ounce)
aluminum foil
salt
patis

stuff tilapia fish with tomatoes, chopped iba,onions, rosemary and and season with salt
place the iba around the fish,pour espiso nga tono), season a little bit with patis
wrap with aluminum foil,
steam for like 25 minutes....


very easy

Fried Chicken nga Turkey

Joke lang bitaw.

Ang akong gusto nga luto kanang French or Italian cooking nga ila pang sabwan ug red wine kung karne & white wine kung seafoods.

Sagdi mag research ko.

Lami pod ang mga Italian pasta dishes.

Kung salad akong gusto mga Greek salad nga naay sagol nga mga cheese ug olive oil.

Usahay mag experimento ko ug sak-sak sinagol.

Mag huna-huna sa ko.

Inday Ayessa,

The second recipe sounds very tasty, I might try this one. I will use lemon juice instead of iba, and cream instead of tuno.

shocking ka na man ngayon ! Kailan ka nagka interest magluto at maghanda ng recipe. nagulat ako sa iyo ngayon, Phd student sa germany but not Cooking and Recipe akala ko ba City Planning / Urban planning .  ( joke lang )

Maipagmalaki talaga kita , proud ako na ipakilala ka sa taga Bohol na you are a PHD student here in Germany na taga- Bohol at ipinakita mo kung paano ang bol-anon . Beauty and Brain di ba! Wala akong ma say iyo.

I´m proud of you Inday Ayessa , Ipagpatuloy mo ito.

Kanang tilapia nga commercial, delicado kuno na kay taas kaayo ang growth hormones ana kay tungod sa artificial feeds nga gipakaon. Maka cause kuno ug cancer.

So, kung mo palit mo ug tilapya, kanang wild. Mailhan nimo kung wild kung ining hiwa nimo sa tiyan, mo sudlot ang tae sa kabaw nga green.

speaking of chemical residues in fish, did you know that there is a high rise of male breast cancer also? They mention ( German research) growth inducing hormon which is  present in chicken wings.
Thanks for the advise but I seldom cook tilapia. We have a fish ( Forellen)* from fish ponds, maayo ang lami.

nag sige nalang kog luto lluto diri sa ka jens kay walay lingaw, kung manawag ko sa balay sige kog pangutana ni mama sa iyang mga recipe sad para akong maluto.

walay lingaw, kaon akng pahimungtan.. heheh
