Cocktail Drinks

Christmas is just around the corner. You might want to serve your guests with cocktail drinks.

Here are some excellent ones!  ;)

The Pineapple Drink

1 1/2 shot Light Rum
7 chunks Pineapple
2 oz Pineapple juice
4 oz Sweet and sour
2 oz Sprite

** Pour rum over Pineapple chunk in a tall glass. Add pineapple juice and sweet and sour. Top with Sprite. Stir and serve.

Rum can also be replaced by vodka if desired.

Sweet and Sour Mix also known as Bar Mix can be made by lemon or lemon juice and sugar syrup.

To make your own Bar Mix, mix one part heavy syrup (3parts sugar, 2parts water) with one part lemon juice and add 2 egg whites per liter or mix. The egg whites are optional, but will make the drinks slightly foamy. You may want to adjust the sugar/juice ration to give the mix the right balance of sweetness and tartness.

Lemonade Bomb


1 can Lemonade
3 cups Vodka
7-8 cans beer

Mix Lemonade and Vodka first then the Beer.
