Tips to Give Up Gambling

These are my top tips for avoiding relapse in the early stages when tackling a gambling addiction. Treat it as a money issue, focus on not gambling to the exclusion of all else, challenge cravings, don't rush the program, play the video the whole way through, avoid temptation at the start: life will become more normal later, avoid major changes, don't get bored.
