What: Arrested Person for Viol. Of RA 10586 and Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Damage to Property
Who: 
Arrested Person: Fritz John Algusar Polison, 37 years old, married, jobless and resident of    Panayagan Sur, Tubigon, Bohol
Victim: Portia Arguelo Bernardo, 25 years old, married, businesswoman and resident of 51 Nieto St.,    Prenza, Marilao, Bulacan but temporarily residing at Guadalupe, Carmen, Bohol.
Where: Beside Plaza Rizal, Guadalupe Road, Poblacion Sur, Carmen, Bohol
When: 5:30 pm, January 17, 2018
Why:  Involved in vehicular accident while driving under the influence of liquor.
How:  Investigation conducted by this station disclosed that both parties were travelling in the same direction from Brgy. Guadalupe, Carmen, Bohol going to the National Highway, Poblacion, Sur, Carmen, Bohol but upon arrival of he said place, time and dated, due to miscalculation of distance by Party B’s driver, suddenly bump his driven tricycle to the rear portion of Party A’s vehicle causing damage to the latter’s rear door to undetermined amount.

Remarks: Party B’s driver is more liable of the incident for he failed to execute a safe distance while driving thus collided with Party A’s rear door.

Action Taken: Party B’s vehicle is now in custody of this station for proper disposition while Party B’s driver undergone Alcoholic Breath Analyser test that turned to be    positive is now temporarily detained by this station waiting for the filing of appropriate cases against him.
