DYRD/KISS FM and The Bohol Chronicle Radio Corporation General Manager Peter Dejaresco breaks his silence and lambasted Gov Art Yap for easy handling on Panglao Mayor Nila Montero's alleged breach of health quarantine protocols.
The statement of GM Dejaresco was aired over top rated DYRD Inyong Alagad Program.
He questioned as to why the governor himself went into self quarantine after exposing to Mayor Montero.
It can be recalled that Montero went to Cebu City last month and returned to Panglao without undergoing quarantine. The Mayor, after 3 days of her arrival in Pangalo, attended the soft opening of MODALA RESORT in her town wherein the governor and other high ranking personalities and provincial officials had a closed contact with her during the entire event.
Montero alleged that she was an APOR and has to be exempted from quarantine protocols as per IATF guidelines.
Her swab test turned out to be negative from Covid-19 but it came out after all others who had closed contact with her were on days of self quarantine.
PNP Provincial Director Clarito, in an instruction by the governor to investigate Montero's alleged breach of quarantine protocol, came up with a recommendation to close and drop the case.
