Very true I observe same thing.Murag magkatotal heart failure ta kung magsakay sakyanan unya kalit lang ang sakyanan sa left lane mangilog ug lugar to right.Agressive kaayo mga driver sa pinas but I also notice wala kaayo accident bisan walay rules sa road gisunod.Makapanguros tag di oras sa atua sa bohol.
Also one thing I observe in downtown if you walk around you see sputom  all over(very gross) Kay mga tawo way diseplina sa daplin lang kalsada mangluwa or manikma ba ron.Ang basura nagkalat lang.Magwithraw tag kwarta sa bangko I notice taas kaayo linya sa ATM ang PNB duha man unta machine but isa lang ila gipagamit unya every weekend dili ta ka withraw sa ATM kay machine out of order kanunay.

Kining problema sa driving way discipline ang driver, tungod ni sa corruption sa LTO nga ni issue ug license kay gamay nga under the table tagaan na ug Lincense.

Kahibalo mo sa Dubai ko sa una apply kog license. upat ka test kinahanglan ipasar. 1.  Road sign and Engine  2. Parking 3. Highway and round about 4. Market and residential area. Mo failed sa una balik na sad ka. Duha pa ka police mo check nimo isa sa likod isa sa front seat.

Kinahanglan mamemorized gyud nimo tanan sign. Nakat=on gyud maayong driving.

Sa bohol wala gani driving school asa mana sila makat-on.

 

Gaw, grabe ang test kung mo kuha ka ug license dire sa Saudi. Tulo ka adlaw. Una Test sa traffic signs, ikaduha test sa engine maintenance, ikatulo drive test ug parking. Daghan ka ug bantayan kay panganglitan imong gipadagan ang sakyanan nga wala ka mag seat belt, hagbong dayon, or wala nimo taronga ang back mirror. Unyna ang pinaka last ang parking nga backing unya imong ipasibo ang sakyanan sa 1 foot lang from bumper to bumper. Kung mahagbong ka ug katulo, mo balik ka ug schooling for 1 month.

1. ayuhon usa nimo ang both side mirror.
2. paglingkod nimo imo sad ayuhon ang imong lingkuranan nga comportable ka..
3. tan awa otro imong both side mirror & center.
4. seatbelt then start.
mao raman seguro ni pinaka basic dali ra unta pero dinhi pod kang dapita lagmit mahagbong

i never had a proper driving lesson. to be honest, i learned driving all by myself. it all started when i got hooked up with simulation games during my early teens and one of my favorite is racing. it was then that i brave myself to try a real car. i took father's old volkswagen parked outside our house when they were not around then drove it alone. that was the first of many times i secretly took that beetle without my father's knowledge. they found out later when i was driving a friend's car that i already know how to drive. it was then i have the freedom to practice drive my father's 1988 toyota crown once in a while to enhance my driving skills then. if you want to know how to drive, you need the desire and the guts to do it.
