Bohol Congressman Edgar Chatto was commencement speaker at graduation rites of Bohol International Learning College. Social distancing and protocols were observed during the simple ceremony. Despite today’s challenges that have altered ways of life, including the education sector, Cong. Chatto believes these open opportunities for better norms as graduates tread their chosen paths and take different but important roles in the community.
Chatto has also sustained the Academic and Leadership Awards given to all outstanding graduates of elementary, high school and college. This program started when he was mayor of Balilihan in 1988 and all years thereafter as vice governor, congressman and governor.
