The dashing debutante Emmanuelle Kristie "Karla" Manuel walked down with pride as she welcomed her relatives and friends in a grand birthday bash at the Kennedy's mansion, owned by her Grandma Madam Minda Horcasitas-Kennedy on December 4, 2009 at Binlod, Looc Panglao Bohol.

Karla is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Felix and Emma Joy Manuel-Abugho with siblings Edjian Karlo, Eveith Katherine and Edrian Kenneth.

Boy Dumadag and Michael Yu. Food Republic and JJ's Dimsum provided the sumptuous meal for the affair. Margrette's cakes by Mayet Ramirez created the debutante's cake and chocolate fountain while J and JC Digital captured the momentous day. Center stage Band with Mr. Joseph Gara did the entertainment with a Fireworks Display that concluded the event. Mr. Glenn Manigque, a very close family friend of the Manuel's hosted the affair.

it is posted here to be commented, this might sound critical to you but this is a question regarding hunger in the neighborhood and an affluence on the other hand.
Of course it is their money, IÂ´m simply knocking on their conscience.

renegade, abi nimo mahadlok ko mag labay ug pagkaon kay ang akong isip tua sa mga tawo nga walay gika-on. I canÂ´t impose this mentality to others but this is my attitude.
It breaks my heart to see children on the street very hungry. Busa kon makakita ko ug pagkaon mga usikan, maglagot jud ko.

renegade.. i see hofelina's point of view.. what she's trying to imply is that yes, kwartahan sila,naa silay ikagasto sa pagka nindot na celebration, but then come to think of it, what is it really for? oo,to make an impression na naay kaya (yes that's part of it), para memorable ang day? i mean pwede man siya e celebrate in other ways, like magpakaon sa street children rather than spending 20K+ on venues,cakes and gowns and etc...mas nakatabang pa sa others diba.. what she's trying to make us understand is that daghan nag gutom then ang uban ga usik2 lang ug spend sa impractical things..i hope you get the point.thank you..

i too am happy for the celebrant, it's her day and im glad she spent like the way she want it(i hope)..well sa akong part.. yes i celebrated my debut and at the same time, nang hatag man pd ko ug ginagmay sa among silingan nga galisod,,
anyway.. impression tingale pd na sa uban na ingon ana ilang panan-aw, depende na pud tingale na ug kinsa ug sa unsang pamilyaha gikan diba?
