FOR: Tail-End of a Frontal System (Shear Line)
ISSUED AT: 10:00 AM 2020 November 23
Today, the Tail-End of a Frontal System (Shear Line) will bring light to moderate with at times heavy rains over Bicol Region, Eastern and Central Visayas, Caraga, and Northern Mindanao. Flooding and rain-induced landslides may occur during heavy or prolonged rainfall especially in areas that are highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards. PAGASA Regional Services Divisions may issue local Thunderstorm or Rainfall Advisories and Heavy Rainfall Warnings as appropriate.
The public and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices concerned are advised to take appropriate measures and watch for the next update to be incorporated in the Public Weather Forecast at 4:00 PM today and 4:00 AM tomorrow. The next Weather Advisory will be issued at 11:00 AM tomorrow.
