On Bohol Curfew.....
“The times are different today from months ago when we ordered the lockdown of BOHOL. We have established that: Wearing masks, washing hands and keeping distance are what prevents Covid 19 from breaking out in society. As long as people are disciplined enough to follow these simple rules, we can prevent a Covid outbreak in Bohol. We have also shown the capacity to manage Covid 19 cases enough, so that we have favorably considered the slow re-opening of tourism in Panglao soon after due notice to our constituents and stakeholders. I am therefore asking the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, to lift the imposition of curfew hours and leaving the matter to the sound discretion and judgment of our Local Chief Executives, who know the situation in their towns best, pursuant as well, to the provisions of the Local Government Code.â€
