UB HYGEIANS ‘90 GRAND REUNION, JULY 16-18, 2009, TAGBILARAN CITY, BOHOL, PHILIPPINES
Dear Classmates,
We hope this letter finds you happy and doing well! Isn’t it amazing that we have been away from the University of Bohol 19 years? It has been such a long time since we have seen one another: from meeting at the lobby, sneaking down the stairwell near the dean’s office, passing each other by from the registrar’s office, sitting in the classroom staring at the person you wanted to get to know soooo badly - to meeting outside!!! (You know what we mean!!!) Those were the days.............
It’s time to go back, so mark your calendars now for July 16-18, 2009, and plan to meet your fellow ubhygeians 90 in Bohol, to a time of fun, reminiscing, and long-lasting memories. There will be all sorts of activities for us to attend. Some of us have not seen one another since graduation, so let’s really try to make it back to the place of our humble professional beginnings in July!
Amor Lamdagan Bogwill, Annabelle Ceniza Annunciado, Jessica Madrinan Mancari, Cora Regonas Larawan, Cecille Estrera, MaryAnn Caballo Makilan, Joshua Pahang, Sylvia Beronio Naldoza and yours truly, are hard at work reaching out to classmates and planning our special celebration..
Here are the schedule highlights for our class as planned thus far:
July 16
 7:30am- 8 am Assembly time
 8 am-9 am Breakfast and Registration (Metro Center)
 10 am -11 am - Mass at Baclayon Church
 12 noon -1 pm Lunch at Loboc River
 1 pm - 6pm Continue with Tour Sagbayan Peak and Chocolate Hills
 8pm- midnight Special Night (Disco/Ballroom dancing/Karaoke,Inuman) at Bohol Tropics
July 17
 9 am - 11 am Audience with the Dean UB College Nursing to present our donation, CPR Models. (This depends how much money we raise minus expenses)
 12 noon - 4pm Lunch get together at Bohol Bee Farm (Just us)
 6 pm - 7 pm Cocktails
 7 pm - Midnight Gala Night/ Formal Dinner with Families (Venue to be determined)
July 18 - Family Day /Beach Get together Dumaluan Beach
We know there are many other classmates who have connections to other classmates that we will be unable to reach. We ask that you share this information with them all, who may want to join us in this reunion.
This is a special opportunity for us to commemorate our experience at the University of Bohol with a gift which represents a sum total of our classmates’ donations to the UB College of Nursing. Please give thoughtful consideration to participating in this effort to help future Nurses learn something from the gifts we give back to our former school.
Our class needs your support! Your contributions/donations provide important funding for our reunion activities. In recognition, each classmate who gives a contribution/donation will receive a CD of our Grand Class Reunion, irregardless of whether you attend. Please send your contributions or donations to Jessica Madrinan Mancari and/or Cora Regonas Larawan who have a bank account opened for our class/group. You can send them messages thru their friendster account.
