GINHAWA CARAVAN
Bohol celebrated 2022 National Arts Month with communities affected by ST Odette. The Provincial Government of Bohol in partnership with the Bohol Arts and Cultural Heritage Council went to Inabanga and San Miguel last February 24 and 27 to conduct an arts for healing caravan.
Artists from the Bohol Arts and Cultural Heritage Council facilitated arts workshops and rendered performances while mental health professionals and volunteers from the Provincial Health Office and Laum Bohol Program handled the kumustahay session-group sharing.
Ginhawa Caravan will not be possible without the strong support of the Provincial Government of Bohol under the leadership of Governor Art Yap, Vice Governor Rene Lopez Relampagos through the offices of the Center for Culture and Arts Development - CCAD Romulo L. Tagaan Emmie Roslinda , Provincial Youth Development Office of Bohol Cring Cring and the Provincial Health Office Doc Yul Lopez and Doc Em-em A. Uy.
We would also like to thank the National Commission for Culture and the Arts led by Sir Arsenio Nick Lizaso and Mam Marichu Tellano, Local Government Unit of Inabanga led by Mayor Roygie Jumamoy, Councilor Jono Jumamoy and Local Youth Dev't Officer Mellomida Ron, Local Government Unit of San Miguel led by Mayor Virgilio "Dodong" Mendez SKMF Pres.
