More than 500 peasants and other sectors under HUMABOL and BAYAN member organizations successfully held a protest-rally today to air their opposition to the planned CARP extension of the Arroyo administration. This was held, as part of the nationally coordinated protest action and was also in part of the commemoration of PD 27 (Marcos land reform) and World Food (less) day.
