The official website of the Municipality of Anda appears to have been hacked. The hacker who introduces himself as the "International Turkish Hacker" has left a blaring message which as of 6:01am today was still on the face of the website.
Based on the message, the hacking appears to have been made as early as April 26. Considering that our local officials are still learning about how to manage a website, it is not unlikely that they have yet to learn about this.
