News LGU: The Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (RDRRMC) VII, through the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) VII, paid a courtesy call to Garcia- Hernandez Municipal Mayor, Hon. Tita Virtudazo Baja at the Mayor's Office.
The team will conduct a Post-Disaster Needs Assessment in the Province of Bohol which was devastated by Typhoon "Odette", and formulate the Rehabilitation and Recovery Programs (RRPs).
The PDNA Team is composed of the different sectors of government including the National Government Agencies.
Post-Disaster Needs Assessment is a "multi-sectoral and multi-disciplinary structured approach for assessing disaster impacts and prioritizing recovery and reconstruction needs. It is undertaken by the government agencies in collaboration with international development partners and the private sector."✨
