Actress Carmina Villaroel shared that her husband Zoren Legazpi will try to pursue his dream of becoming a director.
In an interview, Villaroel shared that it has really been her husband's passion to direct more than to act. "Oo kasi talagang gusto niya at saka hilig niya talaga ang mag-direct. Sabi nga niya he is more of a director than an actor," Villaroel told ABS-CBN News.
As a wife, Villaroel said that she will always be there to support her spouse and that she is very enthusiastic about Legazpi's directing dreams.
"So very suppportive naman ako kasi nakikita ko namang may talent siya and very hard-working siyang tao. If he wants something talagang pinag-aaralan niyang mabuti, gumagawa siya ng paraan. 'Yon nagse-self study siya sa mga DVD, sa libro. Very hard-working, very passionate, very intense kaya sinusuportahan ko siya doon nang bonggang bongga," the actress said.
Villaroel said that she's really proud of her "honey" since she thinks he is a good director. "Para sa akin magaling siya. Parang pinupuri kita honey, pero talagang ganoon ang pagkapaniwala ko sa iyo," she said.
Villanueva also revealed that Legazpi has had a passion for directing since he was a teenager in the United States. "Kahit noong nasa Chicago pa lang sila, kahit noong mga teenager pa lang ay may production na sila. Nagvi-video na sila for [the] Filipino community. Nagshoo-shoot [and] edit sila kapag may debut o wedding. Silang mga [magka]kapatid nagka-camera, nage-edit naglalagay ng music. So hindi bago sa kanya 'yong mga ganito," she said. - ABS-cbnNews.com
