Kris Aquino gifted husband and professional basketball player James Yap and her children with P5-M worth of property in San Mateo, according to a report on Bandera.

The land is also a birthday gift to Yap, the report said.

The property has a swimming pool for Josh, Aquino’s son by actor Philip Salvador, and where Aquino plans to grow vegetables, the report said. - PDI

its an old school kind of gift. She is still trying to "buy" him, does that mean the guy doesnt love him that well? hmmmm! one day mawa na sad ning tawhanaa sa ija kinabuhi.

does it really have to be broadcasted? cant they just keep it to themselves and to their close friends? I sometimes dont understand celebrities who brag about what they have or got for their birthday... oh well, its their choice anyways. happy birthday to both kris and james and i wish that giving expensive gifts would make their marriage stronger..:)
