Walter Signorelli is a professor of law and police science at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. He is a criminal defense attorney and an expert on police practices and procedures. Before he graduated from the Columbia University Police Management Institute, Signorelli attained a cum laude degree from St. John’s University School of Law.
