Ingredients:
1 head cabbage (shredded)
5 carrots (shredded)
lots of garlic (finely chop)
2 handful meat (just for flavor)
a handful of shrimp (pounded and cut to small pieces)
oyster sauce (for seasoning)
Procedure:
Saute the garlic in olive oil, then add meat and shrimps, add the vegetables and continue stirring using both hands (sigehan og ukay ba, duha ka luwag lousy kaayo ko maghimo og recipe) then add the oyster sauce. Do not overcook the veggie. When done drain all the water, after that put it on a wide shallow pan and refrigerate and allowed to cool (not in the freezer). After an hour or so, roll it.
Wrap the egg roll in a clear plastic wrap, tighten it. Put it on another plastic bag to avoid exposure in the freezer. Fry it frozen.
