MJose, once you are logged in already to your hotmail account, to the upper right side of the screen just below the 'sign out' you can see the Options.  Click that and go to the third menu which is the "Customize your Mail".  In that, the second sub-menu is 'Select Language".  The fifth language is English so click on that.

Sir, I am no expert in computer.  Hangtud cake and cookies lang ko and maybe Accounting subject  but please try this one:

go to www.hotmail.com, click Tools or if you can not see this kay lahi pod ang pinulungan, just click the 7th menu at the top of your screen or the second to the last.  The last item under Tools is Options.  Under Options, you will be directed to another window with seven icons.  The last one in the Advanced.  Right below the Languages, click choose.  From there, you can choose languages by moving up and down until you see English. 

There's no harm in trying until you get real help from the experts.

Thank you very much Ma'am Grace for spending your golden time. Hangtud karon wala pa ko ka reg pero di bale na lang. I'll be home tomorrow. Didto na lang ko sa Pilipinas mag gama ug account sa hotmail. Salamat jamo sa inyong mga advice. I think I'm too noob in computer kay hangtud karon wala pa jud nako makit-i unsaon pag change sa language. I went to an internet cafe and asked the attendant how can I change the langugae and he said there's no English language for hotmail in Thailand.

mura uwahi na ko pero "thai version" windows tngali ang gamit nga OS sa computer, so by default thai language ang settings then sa hotmail iyang ma-detect nga thai ang default so thai pud iyang gamiton. i dont have any experience sa thai, chinese ug japanese ra akoa.
