Yes Bayat, turquoise is actually a mixture of blue and green and a bit yellow. This is my color in life Bayat and yes you are very tue, turquoise represents of so many things on earth as what the Native Indians say. Natives love the earth and they love turquoise and they love the greeneries in the field too! For them the green fields sustain life on earth.

So i am very much agree your idea of the Green Village!

What i can say is, I want peaceful home or rest house nga wala nay kwenta kwenta in the future. I would like to make my pajag anywhere i would be i dont care ug naa ko sa ubos or ibabaw, as i have said i have so much ideas to create for my own, that doesnt mean that i want my place look better than others. Kinahanglan man mag katag ang pajag, kay unsaon man diay ang pajag? so close to each other?sorry, not me too, but im not backing out. We cant avoid nga in few years from now others would really want to build thier pajag in their respective lots. Ajaw hunahunaa nga what you saw sa picture and the plan mao ra na, we can make our own little road to access to where or who ever silingan you wanted to visit.

And kanang hills dili man na problema kay that made the village unique. Naa man gani diri sa Beverly hills mas hilly pa ana ug mas ubos pa sad ana and yet it looks very beautiful. Kana pang corella nga naa nay kahoy daan? All you have to do is tisok sa imong pajag if you wanted to. I dont think the hills are too high, pwede raman gani na ug golf cart imong sakyan ana kay mas mubo pa man na kay sa golf course nga gipang dulaan nilang Tiger Woods, have you ever watch golf tournaments in person? mas bungtod pa ang golf course sa mga pros ana... wa sad koy plan to retire sa ato as long as buhi pa si banana, ako lang na pangandam ug simbako ako nalang mag inusara, because i choose Bohol to be my next home, rather than Mindanao.

But what ever your decision you may want to decline your involvement please PM me so i can give your lot to other interested buyers, just hang on to your receipt kay we can refund you...you guys have good ideas, that was good though but it sounded to me would take too much trouble in the future...we may plant something that is productive pero kanang walay pressure, we are not a hard core business people.

Here's my thought on this issue. I appreciate all your inputs as to vision and ideas of a TB Green Village. I think that some more ideas were posted in the other related threads. You guys graphically described what you want to happen and that sounds good but I want to have my own freewill to utilize my property the way I deem right. Of course, I will abide by the basic rules of maintaining the Village into a green one. I think we all shared that dream but I want to cultivate my own piece of lot without thinking that others are not putting as much effort as I do. I plant my own plants and harvest my own produce and not to worry about having to pay an accountant. This property is not that big anyway. I wanna stress out that I don't want to account my every move to the other inhabitants of the Village. I want to be free in my own lot that I pay myself.

If we have all payags clustered to each other in one section and have the orchard or garden in another section, it's so hard to know which part of property is mine or yours. It would cost more to divide and title the property 48 times instead of 24 times. Should we decide to sell our property in the future, it is going to be difficult to sell two smaller properties as opposed to just one. And yes, just like Maring ms da binsi, I don't want our payags to be so close to each other like I can see or hear what's going on in the other payag. As to Payag design, I don't mind having a common design or designs to choose from. I don't like the idea of having the same color, etc. There shouldn't be exterior color in the first place if we want to keep up our basic tenet of a green community. I like the idea of Macky of having a cottage or payag like that in Bohol Tropics.

I want to have this Village as our community and not to worry so much about how to impress on others. A community of happy people like what we are here virtually.
