hihihi, there was no +sign after all...   i thought it was okay because the number '63' was already there, ready for me to enter my number.  thanks to you both, tus and tb.com.  i'll try again tomorrow and will report to you the fruit of my labor, successful or not.  if not, ugh, fate should not tempt me to open my own bank, not just a bank account but a bank, like tubagboholbank perhaps?

DI NA KOOOOOO... nangluod na ko.  tibuok hapon nakong balik-balik, di gyod dawaton ang akong phone number.  moingon lang ug error, unya blocked ug red line ang phone number with a note that says: enter a valid phone number. 

unsa pa mang numeroha ilang gusto?  sakto na ang akong gi-entry, wa nay lain.  sakto na akong numero.  perfect.  purya.  kini nga numero ang motingog kada adlaw, di ang akong ilong. 

on second thoughts, could this be because i unticked the 'credit card' part?    then ang i-point out nga invalid entry kini nga part unta.  nganong ang phone number man?  besides, i have to untick this part kay di man gyod ko mogamit ug credit card, ever.  (in transactions that need credit cards, like online plane ticket reservations, ang akong gamiton ang credit card ni banana republic.  naay ako pero ambot asa ra to.  i hate credit cards.)

basta nangluod na ko.  nabuhi ko nga way paypal.  pwes, i can go on with life without it.  kalami na lang ilabay ning laptop sa kalagot nako sa paypal.
