Dedicate yourself to the development of your natural talents and abilities by doing what you love to do, and doing it beter and better in the service of a cause that is greater than yourself.

This is a big statement, a big commitment. Being happy requires that we define our lives in our own terms and then throw our whole heart into living our lives to the fullest. In a way, happiness requires that we be perfectly selfish in order to develop ourselves to a point where we can be unselfish for the rest of our lives.

Talking about the Novena, I really like the third paragraph..

Kabalo mo, ma istorya ta man jud ni hehehe, pwera joke oi, when I was still working like crazy sa una sa bank, one day I felt that I couldn't feel God's presence in my heart anymore. Di ba sometimes when we are sad or happy, we felt like HE is there being sad or celebrating with us but that time jud, I couldn't feel His presence. I really panicked. I dropped everything and went to a peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Adto ko sa Monastery of Transfiguration sa Malaybalay. I didn't pray. I just slept and slept then I felt His presence back in my life.

That's true, sharing is beautiful. Maam Bautista, my grade 1 teacher shared her talent and skills to us by starting with ABC and 1 + 1 and it lead me to grade 2 and so on and so forth. But we must also want to participate so as to learn something. Thus, we listen and be listened is a very appropriate statement.

my studio is very serene, i cant even hear the phone and my banana coming in and out...
