so far atong last month naghatag sila quotation base to sa tanan rooms gipakwenta lang namo to niabot to ug 800K+. pero karon good for 150 persons nalang ni..

Thanks for posting and your efforts surveying that offered lot Ms. simplylee and Ms. Gelyan. It looks very inviting the green nature. Is there water and electricity connection in this remote area? How much we must have to pay for the right of way? By the way, which barrio is that lot located? As observed there are rice paddy in that area and some big coconuts and more wild bushes....i like it too. Was that a lake being taken in the Photo? Sorry but must have to inquire...can't help! tnxs

electricity and water is available in this area... the barrio where this lot located is in canangcaan corella...hmmm its not a lake te bams bagyo man gud so cge ulan nagaflow lang ang water... unya basak na nga area imong nakita nga naay water..

about the right of way murag 64,000 php to not sure pa ha kay mga 1,300sqm man ang makuha na right of way 6meters wide unya murag taas ang price anang kuhaan sa right of way kay daplin kalsada.. amo pa na seguradohon puhon inig balik didto..

basta wala problema ang water didto kay abundant kaau unya naa na kuryente!

electricity and water is available in this area... the barrio where this lot located is in canangcaan corella...hmmm its not a lake te bams bagyo man gud so cge ulan nagaflow lang ang water... unya basak na nga area imong nakita nga naay water..

about the right of way murag 64,000 php to not sure pa ha kay mga 1,300sqm man ang makuha na right of way 6meters wide unya murag taas ang price anang kuhaan sa right of way kay daplin kalsada.. amo pa na seguradohon puhon inig balik didto..

basta wala problema ang water didto kay abundant kaau unya naa na kuryente!

You mean Canangcaan? is kilometer 14 bounded to that lot? hmmmmmmmm....I like and love that place for farming purposes.
