The Philippine Azkals' much-awaited Sunday game vs. the Sri Lanka Brave Reds at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex in Manila ended with the home crowd cheering wildly.
With their 4-0 win (5-1 on aggregate) against Sri Lanka, the Azkals made their mark in sports history by becoming the first Philippine team to go on to the second round of the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.--
