morag irong ug iro, don´t forget that Germany invaded the Netherlands, there`s animosity between them. My daughter made a student practicum in Wageningen at Marine Institute of Holland. There was a story that they were told to built a warship for Germany , they did but there is always a technical defect (gi sabotahe sa mga Dutch).
This is a well known institute that make experiments on Oceanology.
