They take extra care to maintain youth. They have a microbiotic assistant, who provides daily nutritious intakes, counts calories. A personal trainer to maintain regualr training soemtimes 4-5 hours daily.
There might be some corrections like liposuction, botox injections and the like. They have the money and they belong to the subculture who wants to stay  forever young and fresh.
