Salingkit lang ako dito. Adi by culture pala you have a Boholano blood in you. Southern Leyte is a Boholano dialect speaking province. Nindot ra ba ang mga resort sa Padre Burgos. Unja sa Padre Burgos, andiyan din yung mga lantsa na biyaheng Bohol minsan at papuntang Limasaw Island.

ako rin saling-pusa lang dito and yes i can say that i have a portion of Bol-anon blood that's why boholanos are close to my heart apart from their being an affectionate people. my mother belongs to the bohol-speaking part of leyte while the remaining is a waray-speaking part where Imelda Marcos came from. maraming magandang resort sa Burgos, but what I like most is the Limasawa island, just a few minutes by pump boat. I'm also dreaming that someday, I can visit Bohol with my family (siguro pag uwi ko sa Pinas this December). I have heard & read good reviews of different places in Bohol (perhaps better than Bora). Likewise, I'm fascinated so much about Bohol's tarsier famous for its small size and big eyes. But I heard that Bohol officials had passed a law prohibiting tourists for coming closer to this animal, maybe endangered specie na kasi sila.

it all started after seeing the link to this site when bennylene posted my article he found originally posted in Inquirer.net. Im a member of other networking groups but I must say that people here in TB esp. boholanons are hospitable (manay tess, grazie) and very intellectual; like bro mike, bennylene, lorenzo. These are something I can't find in other networking groups, frankly speaking, medyo mababaw and walang sense ang mga threads. Kaya eto, trying to learn your dialect and hopefully, someday I can converse with all of u guys fluently para no need na for manay tess to translate for me, hahaha

My mother and her entire continuum hails from Valencia, Bohol, but my father of the Lucino-Ebuenga Dynasty hails from Southern Leyte. The Lucinos hail originally from Pintuyan of Southern Leyte, and my paternal grandmother is part of the Ebuenga Clan, who hails from Burgos, Southern Leyte. Though they had relatives and ancestors from Bohol, and some migrated to Bohol.

I am by blood, a Leyteno-Bolanon. The blood of the waray also runs in my veins. Isug jamo.
