When they were kids, Johnny and Luther Htoo were bulletproof and invulnerable to land mines â€” or so went the story that briefly made them famous as hundreds of guerrillas followed and even worshipped them in the southeastern jungles of Myanmar.

Today, well over a decade later, their "God's Army" is no more, and the twins' greatest accomplishment may be that both are still alive.

Luther lives in Sweden. Johnny remains at an unofficial refugee camp inside Thailand, not far from where the brothers were sent after they surrendered to Thai authorities in 2001. Now 25, Johnny has hopes of reuniting with family in New Zealand, and Luther has questions about their former comrades that may never be answered.

McCaughey Septuplets Turn 18 Years Old

Time flies by quickly as every parent knows. Almost 18 years ago, Kenny and Bobbie McCaughey made history when they gave birth to the worldâ€™s first surviving septuplets. Bobby and her husband declined having selective reduction after learning they were pregnant with seven children after fertility treatment. They decided to leave it in Godâ€™s hands, and now these babies are about to celebrate their 18th birthday as they prepare to head out into the world as adults.

They were born in Des Moines, Iowa and Bobbie says the time has flown with these seven children against all odds.

Animals seem to have a way of picking out the best people for their lives. Itâ€™s like they can tell who is going to provide them with the love and attention that they need. This story couldnâ€™t be more perfect when it comes to that, and wonâ€™t leave a dry eye in the room after youâ€™ve finished reading it.

Eleven years ago, a cat in a shelter reached out to a little boy that heâ€™d picked out for herself as her new owner. That little boy happened to be Jack, who was only nine years old at the time. All Jack did was enter the crowded cat room, and the orange tabby jumped onto his lap without a momentâ€™s hesitation.
