Yesterday while waiting my turn at the American Consulate in Cebu I was the only one in there to get a capacity to adopt my beloved minor who has been in my care for almost eight years na.
All the other persons in there were waiting to receive they're capacities to gt married with Filipina women.
Every couple when answering the consulates question reagarding how did you meet had answered the same question in the same way.
The number one answer given; "We met on the internet" some guys do not stay here long enough before they ask to marry or is it forced to be askiing to be married?
My male foreigner friends who are already domesticated here in Bohol find that most women thry date want to be married right of way after meeting with out really giving the relationship trial time to really see if there is a chemical good enough between.
I find that when I ask polls with men who I do not know other than by chatting on the PC often times they end up being weirdo's.
Many foreign men when they get here are blind to the real culture here that ladies are not to engage in pre marital sex.
Often foreigners not living here who are just here for a visit do not know that woman due to poverty are trained by they're families to take on marraige with an older foreigner man (Almost about to die).
So he can provide for the family. I was talking with a few of the couples at the consulate yesterday and one man had suggested that it should made into a law that there be a law against young persons marrying old foreigners.
Anyways I was simply impressed at how these persons even though they had been together in person for a weeks time or less were given capacities as if as fast as a snap of the finger.
For me internet dating does nothing for me.
I would need to know the real person in person maybe for a minimum of 6 months or more before i would marry.
Please anyone meeting on line should always know what they are getting into before they take the final major step.
