Shhhhhh - It Is the Million Dollar Secret!
A friend of mine who is renovating her business was so stressed out by all the work that she had to do and so frustrated with it that she had a nervous breakdown. When I asked her how she was doing, she replied:" I will be happy when this construction is over". She is a naturally joyful woman but she allowed herself to be depressed, to be stressed out and did not look at the bright side of things. Instead of focusing on the positive aspects of what the construction would do for her business and clients she focused on the fact that the work wasn't done and decided to make herself miserable and sad.
