Not a short sentence, but a sentence with all the letters:

The quick brown fox jump over the black lazy dog.

"I" is the shortest sentence. A curt response admitting to an imputation. One word. One syllable. One breath.

For example --

Question: Whoever thought of that crazy idea?

GEC348 : I.

;D

Yes, correct ka d'yan, "me" is more appropriate. Pero, "I" man gud is one letter lang. Ingnon na lang nato nga for the sake of poetic justice ;D

there is no absolute limit in making a sentence so there is no such thing as longest sentence.

The longest sentence is the Lord,s Prayer. Our father,.....................
and the answer, Give us this day,...............

Try to recite and you will have two long  sentences. I could not remember a longest
sentence in the Bible which is also the longest verse found in the book of Ester.

I know it's "I" because me is an objective pronoun, not a subjective pronoun. The question is asking for the doer of the action and not the receiver of the action.

CORRECT: It's I who build community.
ERRONEOUS: It's me who build community.

I have read a thread here about the proper usage of who and whom. People are usually confused when to use who and when to use whom. The only thing that we have to remember is that: who=subject (doer of the action) while whom=object (receiver of the action).

WHO: The man who is wearing brown shirt is my father. (the man is the one doing the action (wearing) therefor who should be used)

WHOM: The man whom I was talking with is my father. (take note that the subject is I (doing the action which is talking) and the receiver of the action is the man therefor whom should be used because the man is the object)

I hope this helps. It's the easiest way to remember the use of who and whom as I have learned, so far.

After reading all the comments, I conclude that "Go." is indeed the shortest sentence. Emphatic form ba toy tawag ani ... nga mora'g nag-order or nag-command to do something ... and then understood na ang subject, which is "You" (singular or plural).
