UPCAT 2025 Test Permit
The Test Permit is now available for download at the UPCAT 2025 online application portal at
https://upcat2025online.up.edu.ph/Print your test permit on a short or letter-sized paper (8.5 by 11 inches). Ensure that all details, including the photo, are clear and readable. Read all instructions regarding your test permit, as stated in the email and at the UPCAT 2025 online application portal.
Bring the following to your assigned testing venue on the scheduled date and time of your exam:
• Printed test permit
• Applicant's recent school ID or any government-issued ID with a photo
