What do you think...?

I have a suggestion for EB...

wala paman guy alibyo woi, unsay activity sa EB... to think dool nah...
Lets just make it a simple & memorable one...

Many suggested, that sa street children nalang ta manghatag ug gifts instead sa Orphanage Home ..
Kay sa Orphanage man gud daw, daghan na ang mo-adto didto since its December... so why not let other Kids on the street feel the LOVE from TB? by giving toys & food to them?

I had talked to Santa BABY na... she says nag send sya money na thru SIGBIN2, and I tried to contact Sigbin, wala pamay reply..

I ask Sigbin, to send me nalang sa money, I ok lang nila, maybe, half of it? kay akong e buy ug toys diri sa cebu, since murag mas cheaper pa diri.. so, maybe, I'll just buy a toy sa girls (parihas tanan) and also for boys (parihas rasad tanan..) and I will just wrap nalang..

so, what do you think..?
and here, I have another suggestions.. I don't know if Paul gonna agree with this...

I just want PAUL to wear a SANTA costume during sa EB, para sya ang SANTA sa TB... then ang the rest mag cap sa (santa's cap) & TB tshirts, then picture-picture dayun...
and what SANTA BAby suggest, is that pa picture para ma post sa Newspaper, then, para ma known nasad ang TB?
Santa Suggest also.. nga magpa kanta sya HAPPY Birthday, kay bday man niya sa DEC 30...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SANTA!

then after sa activity... mag lunch ta together... then... come what may nah... asa next?

Elsie, I am thinking of poor patients in the Provincial Hospital. We don't really have many street kids in Tagbilaran. What we consider as street kids are the Badjao kids.

Giving out goodies in the street may cause disorder and pandemonium among the Badjao kids.

This is just a suggestion: why not distribute goodies (not toys) randomly to patients at the provincial hospital who won't be able to join Christmas festivities due to some lingering illnesses?

Gemma Morris has offered her house in Tagbilaran where the TB family can stay there for lunch.

Maybe we need a courtesy letter just to inform the hospital management that we'll distribute gifts to patients.

Most likely they will allow this kind of charitable act.

Just don't mention my name to the hospital head. She's the one who filed a libel case against me when I was still writing for the Bohol Chronicle.

If ever you decide to go on a hospital visit. I think you need to see kung asa nga department mo mang hatag ug goodies and how many rooms/patients aron dili mo ma short sa inyong goodies.

for me i really dont care ug naay daghan manganha or wala? it's about the children's happiness...nga dili kabayran...ug gift...
dili toys injong ipanghatag kundi mga school supplies bisan tuod naa na sa hapit bakasyon, but i think they know how to keep it kay mga pobre gud na tawon sila noh?

or toiletries, mga hygiene sa mga baje, sabon toothpaste, kanang mga butanga gud...ajaw nang mga toys, unsa may makuha nila sa mga toys, ang mga baby noon toys ang ilaha pero why not give them lampin instead? or diapers? baby powders or baby colognes?

When Oprah gave some goodies to the poor, she gave something nga magamit gyud.

O well, its just my suggestion...and just a suggestion...

Ang school supplies wala gyud nay kontra, kay sa toys.

I heard The santa in tagbi has been contacting paul to give the money but I understand that Paul is bc and you are busy too.

The money has been there all the time in Tagbilaran. Due to misunderstanding and busy schedules of everyone wa mahatag sa hingtungdan.

If TB both want to visit the orphanage and hospital it is still possible.
Only thing you need is to make a budget. 6 thousand is not a big amount but you can already buy small things to both the children in orphanage and some patients in the hospital.

Like buy school supplies for 4 thousand pesos and buy things for the patients for 3 thousand pesos.

Bisan gamay basta naa. Kon gamay ra ang 6th para matuman ang sulti sa taga orpahanage then just buy things nga maafford sa budget sa mga santas.

Els, as what this Santa says, naa ra sa tagbilaran ang money. You just need to coordinate with Paul kay ang iyang gi sugo nga tawo naa ra sa Tagbilaran and mas easier kung ni Paul ihatag. Wala pa siguro ma lugari kay as you know busy ang tanan sa Pasko.

Anyway, kung ma alanganin ka sa imong pag pamalit, adto nalang sa Tagbilaran pohon after sa Pasko. You don't need to wrap it nicely. I even suggest to use old newspapers and magazines para maka save and environment friendly.

He stated there the number of kids, 19boys & 9 girls...
He also stated there that, ang staff sa Sunshine Home suggested or mention about clothes for the kids maayong ihatag...
Maybe or I don't know... basin, they have lots of school supplies nah?...
Since, SANTA BABY says nga mo pledge sya 6thousand for this,
so I was thinking, since,
the staff had suggested for a dress sa kids...
I was thinkin to budget a P100.00 worth of dress each of them,
so that would cause only for P 2800.00
so, naa pay nabilin nga P3200.pp
so I was thinkin nga kaning nabilin nga money,
P1000.00 - for maybe a toy or a school supplies
P2,200.00 - e palit ug food for the kids...
like, a tetra pack juice & a burger (or sandwich.. basta... depende maigo sa budget)
para naay makaon ang mga bata during sa activity...

as I have stated, dili pa final ang tanan, as long as wala pami ka palit sa angay pamalitonon...
and also, I have stated sad, open pa kaayo for suggestions, reactions, comments para mahan-ay jud angay mahimo...

To SANTA BABY:
so sorry, i was a matter of, wala nagkasinabot... yeah, I know about it nga naa na ang cash dugay ra diri sa PInas... I was thinkin kasi, nag meet na sila ni Paul then gihatag na sa imo assistant, then I was wondering kasi nag ingon si Paul wala pa sya kadawat (gabie ni nga conversation)... so it was a matter of 'WALA KO KASABOT"

and its a very nice feeling jud nga naay mo visit nimo sa hospital...

the situation is like this...
a lot of us had different suggestions noh, sa dihay thread nga "EB ACTIVITY SUGGESTIONS"...
So, ang daku ug impact adto was, ORPHANAGE HOME VISIT...
so, unsay among gibuhat sa dihang nag kontakay mi ni Paul...
na mention to namo ang Sunshine Home...
So "murag" naghimo mi ug committee ni Paul, ako syang gi ingnan, nga mas maayo kon makabalo ta sa population sa Sunshine Home ug mag inform sa mga staff nga naay possible natong visit pagahimoon didto sa December sa mga taga TB...
So I ask Paul to do the advance visit sa area since siya man ang naa sa Bohol...
It was matter gani to nga dili kaayo sya sure nga moadto kay tungod sa iyang ka busy...
so, days had pass... nawala ang issue about sa EB activity...
so, ang atong usual nga nahisgutan or updates was about sa Tarp & tshirts ra..
kay wala may updates pa ni Paul...

and then... Asianfairy & Mike PM to me, they have suggested, nga instead sa Sunshine Home, sa Street Children nalang since sa Sunshine Home, daghan na daw jud mag visit didto so...
they had suggested sa Street Children nalang since murag its a matter of surprise na nila...
So, we take that suggestions sad... it was a matter na nga come what may nah to...

Until, karon na week... Mike says.. murag dili nalang sa St. Children kay unyag magkagubot na noon...
so, they suggested sa Hospital visit...
which I think suggestion ni ni Glen before...
So, I told Mike nga okay sab ang Hospital visit...
and he suggested nga maghatag ug courtesy letter nga mag inform sa Hospital nga ang taga TB mo visit inig ka Dec. 30, 2007...
and I ask even Mike to make a letter for me kay dili ko ka antigo, which iya nang gi send, para to e hatag sa hospital...

so, last night I think, nag sms ko ni Paul, nag follow up, kon nadawat na ba nya ang money from santa baby (kay wala man ko kasabot lage.... sowee.. hehehehe) and nahisgutan na noon niya ang about sa Sunshine Home...
which wala ko nag expect nga nag workout diay si Paul (thanks a effort Paul...)
so, mao to iyang gi ingon nga 19boys & 9 girls ang naa didto & the staff mention about sa clothes and the Sunshine Home expect the TB this December 30...
So murag... lisud najud e-backout right...?

As Asianfairy suggested, nga possible ang SUNSHINE HOME VISIT AND HOSPITAL VISIT mahimo karon..

for the Hospital... kon mag budget sad ta sa half sa 6k.
Heres the situation...
consider that it is a Government Hospital... so, daghan jud ang Census, ryt?
so, unsa man atong ihatg nila? and onething, wala ta kabalo sa standing or estimated population...

To Ginger... yes.. economical ang newspaper...
I myself appreciate this much kon naay tao mag putos sa gifts using newspapers...
and I been using this too before, pero gi kutihan ko kay ako man gi coloran ug gi artehan pah...
What I was thinkin is that... this gifts are for the Kids..

Base on my experience... since used to it na nako ang mag hatag ug gifts sa akong mga anakon...
though, dili sya mahal ang naa sa sulod sa regalo..
as long as it is wrap by a colorful wrapper.. as in happy na kaayo na sila...
so, mubo raman ang kalipay sa mga bata...
mao ni akong na observe nila..
Anyways,,.. naa may cheaper wrapers sad bah..

(guys.. taas kaayo kog testimony sah?... dugaydugay naman gud ko wala ka interact diri,.... and daghan man sad concerns angay e stress out para ma clear up...)

Abi gud ninyo ang EB sa Orphanage nag sugod man gyud na ni Bayat, actually it was her husbands idea pa gyud which is i think maayo gyud...

for me i really dont care ug naay daghan manganha or wala? it's about the children's happiness...nga dili kabayran...ug gift...
dili toys injong ipanghatag kundi mga school supplies bisan tuod naa na sa hapit bakasyon, but i think they know how to keep it kay mga pobre gud na tawon sila noh?

or toiletries, mga hygiene sa mga baje, sabon toothpaste, kanang mga butanga gud...ajaw nang mga toys, unsa may makuha nila sa mga toys, ang mga baby noon toys ang ilaha pero why not give them lampin instead? or diapers? baby powders or baby colognes?

When Oprah gave some goodies to the poor, she gave something nga magamit gyud.

O well, its just my suggestion...and just a suggestion...

Ang school supplies wala gyud nay kontra, kay sa toys.

Sigbin says... YES! it would be possible jud if we guys would go sa ORPHANAGE HOME & HospiTAL..
ato lang daw e 50-50 ang expenses...
so... nice sah? as in duha ang target nato...

Sigbin also says, angay nato i dayun ang overnight sa ANDA...
so, he suggested nga by DEC. 30, 2007 (9:00AM) mo visit ta sa Orphanage
then inag ka hapon mangadtu na sa ANDA...
so inig ka DECEMBER 31, 2007... mo visit nasad sa Hospital,,, if some can't come na ani, okay raman daw siguro.. and naa sad chances sa wala maka attend sa Dec 30.. at least naa pay activity sa Dec 31, ryt?

so.. everything here are tentative pa pero.. daku-daku na ni sya chances nga ma tinood..
