Does anyone know about Internet access solutions in Duero?

I know apparently you can get an EDGE class cellular type service but I'm wondering if there's any way to get something faster.

I have someone who wants to rent me a place on the water there and it seems virtually ideal, even in price, with the exception of this interesting detail ...

there is internet access in the town proper but ive heard it's dial up still but will do.
