Only a few days since Super Typhoon #RollyPH left a trail of devastation in Bicol, #UlyssesPH battered the region again early this morning, causing even more damage and forcing thousands more families to seek safety in evacuation centers amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
We are closely monitoring the situation in all areas affected by #Ulysses and we're deeply concerned for the survival and protection of children at risk. As the typhoon continues to cross mainland Luzon today, we urge everyone to stay safe, protected, and prepared for any emergency.
