Programs on health and livelihood top the list of priority projects of the Adame administration.
On this, an awareness program and seminar workshops have been conducted to raise awareness on the significance of a disease-free environment for a more productive life.
In line with this, punong barangays and farmers participated in a two-day seminar workshop on Aug. 21 and 22 on organic fertilizer conducted at the town's livelihood training and convention center.
Resource speakers from the provincial agriculture office made lectures during the seminar-workshop.
Simultaneous to the seminar, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources introduced local fishermen to a training on drift gill net.
It was conducted at barangay Tangohay where a local fishermen association has been has been established.
Experts from the DOH Regional Office VII also came to discuss the threat of Dengue, HIV and Avian Influenza.
